Problem Solving
t.HOME1
1. Cannot control the lights by t . HOME 1 while stay at " Lighting Control ".
Please check whether has installed " HOME TOUCH " switches. t.HOME 1 must be used with "HOME TOUCH" switches if using " Lighting Control ".
2. Cannot control the lights.
Please learn codes of lamps to the t.HOME 1 software.
3. Cannot learn codes.
Learning process might be incorrect. Please consult the user manual and follow the process to learn codes again.
4. Still cannot learn codes.
It might be infrared countermeasure, such as process under glare, please avoid under the disturbance environment while processing.
5. Lamp doesn't work.
Please check the power source. Please change the lamp if it is damage.
6. Lamp glitters when it is switched on.
The lamp loading power doesn't match the switch, you should replace the lamp. Recommend the min power consumption of light is more than 5W.
7. Cannot control the lights by Transceiver.
Transceiver hasn't learnt code with the Remote Controller, or incorrect learning process, please consult the user manual and follow the process to learn codes.
8. Still cannot control the lights by Transceiver.
There is a shelter between transceiver and appliance, please replace it.
9. Curtain doesn't elevate smoothly.
Please check the motor.
10. t.HOME1 doesn't respond.
Please check t.HOME 1 has been connected to the computer.
11. Remote Controller doesn't work.
Low battery, please replace the new one.
12. Remote Controller doesn't work (II).
Please do not put the Remote Controller out of the distance of t.HOME 1, or clear the shelters between both of them.
13. A crash
Please re-boot your computer.
14. Damaged switch
Short circuit occurred during installation. Please check the circuit and replace a new switch. Power consumption is overload. Please reduce total power consumption of light bulbs.
15. About warranty
With effect from today, user is no need to registration for the product warranty. Please keep your purchase invoice with a valid date for the 1 year maintenance issue.
Smart Switch
16. Light is not on.
a1. Check the power.
a2. Light is damaged, please check & replace it.
a3. Incorrect wiring. Please read user manual and wire it up again.
a4. Not enough power consumption (less than 5W) for light bulb, please change to larger one.
17. Can't control by Remote ontrol
a1. Please read the user manual of Remote Control.
a2. Low batteries. Replace immediately
18. Can't set up the scene onfiguration
a1. Please check the scene code.
a2. The scene checked code was deleted. Please check scene code again.
19. Damaged switch
a1. Short circuit occurred during installation. Please check the circuit and replace a new switch.
a2. Power consumption overloaded. Please reduce total power consumption of light bulbs.
20. Glittering
The lighting load doesn't match the switch, please replace it.
Remote Control
21. LCD not working
a1. Batteries were installed wrong. Please reverse it and try again.
a2. Low battery. Change the batteries for Remote Controller and try again.
a3. Please use 2's AAA battery.
22. Can't control Smart Switch
a1. No code checked with Smart Switch.
a2. Low battery. Change the batteries for Remote Controller and try again.
a3. Please select the device " Light "
a4. Checked code was deleted. Please repeat the check code procedures.
23. Can't check code
a1. The operation step is wrong, please read the user's manual.
a2. Please read the user's manual carefully, and follow the instruction.
a3. Make sure the distance between the Remote Controller & other Remote Controller is less than 10 cm.
a4. Make sure the infrared signal is working in good condition.
a5. Some Remote Controller's infrared code is too long, it will cause the infrared overflow, Remote
Controller can't learn from such kind of Remote Controller at present.
24. Can't control home appliance
a1. No code checked with the device. Please follow instruction and perform check code procedure.
a2. Please select the right " Device ".
a3. Make sure no barrier is between the Transceiver and Remote Controller.
